General Provisions and Eligibility
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between o999 and all users of the platform and its services. By accessing this page or using any o999 service, you are fully accepting these Terms.

Account Registration and Identity Verification

Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You should not share this information with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 10–45 minutes (Bangladesh Standard Time)
- Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit, or to a payment method registered on the account
- o999 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal if unusual activity is suspected
All deposit and withdrawal transactions are secured with SSL encryption. o999 will never ask for your payment PIN or password.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
o999 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers to its users. Each bonus comes with specific conditions that must be met.
Welcome Bonus
120% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳15,000.
- Deposit ৳1,000 → bonus ৳1,200 → total balance ৳2,200
- Deposit ৳26,000 → bonus ৳15,000 → total balance ৳41,000
- Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not the total balance)
- Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn
General Bonus Rules
- The bonus applies once only — an account that has already received the welcome bonus is not eligible to claim it again
- Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly until the wagering requirement has been met
- Bonus funds cannot be used on all game types — restrictions on bonus use may apply to certain games
- o999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus may be forfeited
VIP Program
o999's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Moving to a higher tier increases weekly cashback and other benefits. The specific benefits at each VIP tier are subject to change.
Gaming and Betting Rules
The following rules regarding gaming and betting on o999 apply to all users:
General Gaming Rules
- Each game has its own rules and terms, which you should review before starting to play
- If a technical issue or disconnection occurs during a game, the decision to void or settle a bet will be based on o999's system logs
- Server records are considered final — screenshots or client-side data are not accepted as evidence in disputes
- All games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play
Sports Betting Rules
- Bets are accepted before an event starts; specific live betting markets remain open after an event has begun
- Specific rules for betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports are displayed in each market
- If a match is abandoned or postponed, bet settlement will follow the rules of the relevant betting market
- o999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on unusual odds movements or incorrectly published odds

Prohibited Activities

- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
- Bonus abuse — attempting to claim the same bonus more than once
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games
- Collusion — influencing game outcomes through coordination with other players
- Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for an unfair advantage and failing to report them
- Harassing, threatening, or behaving disrespectfully toward other users
- Using a false identity or forged documents
Any of the prohibited activities listed above may result in account termination, forfeiture of balance, and legal action.
Account Suspension and Closure

o999 may suspend any account temporarily or permanently in the following circumstances:
- If documents requested for identity verification are not provided within the specified time
- If any breach of the Terms is suspected
- To meet any legal or regulatory requirement
- If unusual activity is detected on the account
