How the Tools Work
Setting Deposit Limits

Session Time-Out & Reality Check
After a long playing session, a "Reality Check" notification appears showing how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost in that session. By setting a session time-out with a preferred duration (from 1 hour to 24 hours), you will be logged out automatically when that time is up. This feature works on both mobile and desktop.
Self-Exclusion Process
If you feel you need a long break, you can apply for self-exclusion for 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or permanently. During this time your account will be completely inactive and you will not receive any promotional emails or messages. For a permanent exclusion, the account will not be reactivated unless you apply after at least six months. Self-exclusion requests can also be submitted directly to the support team.
Loss Limit
In addition to deposit limits, you can set a maximum daily or weekly loss amount. Once you have lost that amount, the system will automatically prevent you from placing further bets. This is one of the most effective ways to avoid going beyond your budget.
